The Participant Information Sheet provides patients with a description of what ANZACS-QI is and what happens to the information that is recorded when they are admitted into hospital for a cardiac event.

All hospitals where data is collected for ANZACS-QI are required to have this poster on display. As part of the audit process, our auditors check to ensure a poster is visible at every participating hospital.
ANZACS-QI have set these indicators, which have been endorsed by the National Cardiac Network and the Ministry of Health. They are nationwide key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purpose of quality improvement of cardiac service delivery.
