This is an interactive chart, illustrating performance of cardiology services by district, generated by robust ANZACS-QI data.
This poster contains basic information about ANZACS-QI as well as contact details where patients can obtain more information.
All hospitals where data is collected for ANZACS-QI are required to have this poster on display. As part of the audit process, our auditors check to ensure a poster is visible at every participating hospital.
These data dictionaries detail the full data set being captured for each of the different ANZACS-QI modules.
Please contact anzacsqi@nihi.auckland.ac.nz to request these.
The ANZACS-QI and VAREANZ Data Governance Groups ensure that patient data housed within the registry is gathered, managed and used appropriately and to ensure patient privacy.

ANZACS-QI has supported over 70 research projects since its conception, advancing understanding and improvement of cardiology services in New Zealand.
Clinicians will have access to data on patients in their region. However, should you require multi-region ANZACS-QI data for reporting or for presentation/publication, a Data Access Proposal will need to be approved by the ANZACS-QI Data Governance Group and University of Auckland Vascular Risk Equity for All New Zealanders (VAREANZ) Governance Group.
